The mature Riesling grapes from Cherry Hill Vineyard in Washington provide the foundation for this luscious wine. Our "Flavor Reserve" adds a concentration of tastes and natural sweetness that make late harvest wines so special. Notes of honey, apple and apricot dominate the aroma and taste, right through the long, rich finish. Displays much of the complexity of an Ice Wine, but with less sweetness.

I've made two of these kits.........adding only 3/4 of the F Pack makes the difference between a really good wine and a wine that people will fight over. Even those who like dry think its excellent and an easy drinker. Flavor drops quickly, making you come back for more. (Posted on 5/27/11)Rating
