This is a wonderful kit, the flavor is amazing and after adding about 5 cups of sugar in the beginning, it has a 10.63 ABV. All who sample want more. Will do this one again! (Posted on 3/19/13)

Although this wine kit is for a lower ABV wine, I think it will be a good summer quencher. Smelled wonderful as I mixed it up. I've never made wine from a kit before-and now I am wondering why. This was the easiest alcoholic beverage I have ever made. You what the hardest thing was about this kit? Getting the cap off the juice bag. That was it. If you have ever thought about making wine-get one of these kits. I have this batch currently fermenting-so can't comment on the flavor other than to say that it smells good in the fermentation bucket. (Posted on 2/13/13)

This was my first attempt at making wine. It turned out really good, I ended up carbing 3 gallons in a smaller keg which turned out like a wine cooler. I am already getting request at making this one again! A+++ (Posted on 12/17/10)

I Made this wine as a favor/gift item for our wedding reception, and was absolutely wonderful. A great Zin with a sweet yet just slight hint of tart flavor. This was a big hit with all that drank it! Definately making more for a "have on hand" wine! (Posted on 10/5/10)
