Simple and excellent

Very easy kit. Stick with the steps and you'll end up with a deliciously dry, crystal clear pinot. Pro-tip: I did all of the fermenting phases in bucket-style fermenters and it came out perfectly. Cons: none really, though it takes a bit longer than other white wine kits, with plenty of time for clarifying.

Surprisingly Good

I guess using the word "Surprisingly" is sorta feint praise
but I was not expecting the product to be as good as it is. I am going to bottle today and the wine is good
