High quality, food grade vinyl tubing is flexible and can meet all your beer transfer needs. Our high-temperature tubing is safe to use at temperatures up to 212° F, making it ideal for hot wort transfers.
Tubing is sold per foot, but the blow-off hose comes in a pre-cut 3.5ft. section. Call or leave a special instruction to order blow-off hose by the foot.
This food-grade tubing is ideal for hot liquid transfers, especially out of a boil kettle or mash tun. It is rated for use up to 275° F. This thick-wall tubing (1/8" wall) is nice and rigid, and won't kink or collapse under moderate suction, making it a great tubing for use with pumps. Sold per foot.
Accept no substitutes! This is the siphon starter that really works. It is the simplest, and most sanitary way we have found to start a siphon. One stroke of the racking cane/piston assembly will start a siphon when immersed in as little as six inches of beer or wine; less than six inches may require a second stroke. Includes a removeable diverter piece (essentially a big racking tube tip) to minimize sediment pickup. The normal auto-siphon works best with 5/16" ID hose, but 3/8" will work as well. The high-capacity auto-siphon requires 1/2" hose. Plastic; can be disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
3/8" Auto-Siphon sized for 1 gallon jugs — 13.5" tall. Works best with 5/16" ID hose, but 3/8" will work as well.
Fits over tubing to control flow rates or to crimp it shut. The large size fits tubing up to 3/4" O.D., and has the greatest amount of flow control. The small clamp fits tubing up to 1/2" O.D.
These in-line valves contain an adjustable, internal ball valve, which permits precise regulation of flow rates. Recommended to control the outflow rate of a lauter tun. Made of food-grade plastic.
Our plastic racking canes require 5/16" siphon tubing to get a good seal. Racking Tube Holder sold separately.
This is the same hose cutter we use in the store. It cuts hose cleanly (without jagged edges that can harbor bacteria) and at a 90° angle. Works well on hose of any diameter up to 1 inch.
The SureScreen is a welded stainless steel screen that slips onto your racking cane or keg dip tube and filters out fruit or dry hops from the fermenter or whole hops and trub from the kettle. Also allows dry hopping to be done directly in the keg. Stainless steel construction makes it easy to sanitize (do not use bleach!). Not recommended for use with plastic racking tubes or plastic fermenters - it can cause scratching and possibly infection. Pellet hops have a tendency to clog the SureScreen - it works far better with whole hops.
Fits a 3/8" or 1/2" Autosiphon (or a 1/2" OD racking tube). Slots in the side increase flow rate.
