Perfect for Irish and Scottish ales

This malt has a toasty character which is perfect for Irish and Scottish ales. Not the dry toast of Maris Otter, but a more rounded toast flavor which fits in perfectly with these beers.

Focal Banger

Just bottled it a week ago. I sampled it just after fermentation and it tasted great even with no carbonation yet.

Bombardier

Made a pretty good Wells Bombardier.

Focal Banger clone base

Used for Focal Banger clone malt. Slightly toastier than Maris Otter. Overall nice base malt with high extraction. Will use on traditional British Ale to let the Malt flavor come forward a bit more than the heavily hopped Focal Banger.
