These fittings fit 10-gallon water coolers such as those made by Rubbermaid. No drilling is required (except with the thermometer fittings) factory spigot and install the fitting.
Bronze Cooler Valve Kit. This is the entry model cooler fitting. The crucial component is the bulkhead fitting, which provides a watertight seal. It also provides a 1/2 inch NPT port (male on the outside, female on the inside) for attaching ball valves or the optional (and amazing) Bazooka screen (see below). What differentiates this fitting from those you might improvise with a plumbing supply catalog is the specially milled outer locknut, which grasps the silicon o-ring (rated to 450 degrees F) without deforming it. Plus, you don't have to spend hours guessing which parts you need!
Bronze Cooler Valve Kit with barb. Exactly the same as the "Cooler Kit Basic", except it has a 1/2 inch barb attached to the ball valve.
Stainless Cooler Valve Kit. This fitting is all stainless steel internally (the brass locknut doesn't contact the wort).
Stainless Cooler Valve Kit with barb. Exactly like the "Stainless Cooler Valve Kit" with the addition of a 1/2 inch stainless barb.
Cooler Bulkhead. This is just the bulkhead fitting for the water coolers, in case you already have the ball valve. The regular bulkhead fits in most cylindrical coolers, including those orange ones from Rubbermaid. There is also an "XL" bulkhead for thicker walled coolers like the Coleman Ultimate Extreme.
The regular bulkhead has a maximum usable clearance of about 5/8" (this is the maximum thickness cooler wall that will still allow you to mount a ball valve on the bulkhead); the XL bulkhead has a maximum usable clearance of about 1 1/4" and a minimum usable clearance of 1"
Cooler Bulkhead O-Ring Set. A replacement set of silicone o-rings for the Cooler bulkhead.
Cooler Thermometer Fitting. This kit seals a standard 1/8" stem thermometer into water cooler for monitoring mash, sparge, or hot water temperatures. You must drill a small hole in your cooler. This fitting is designed for a cooler thickness of 1 1/2".
Cooler Sight Glass and Thermometer Fitting. This kit serves two purposes: it allows you to install a sight glass into a cooler (ideal for hot water tanks). It also combines the same compression fittings as the "Cooler Thermometer Fitting" for installing a stem thermometer. If you decide not to, a stainless plug is provided.
This series of fittings is designed to go into a 15.5 gallon Sanke keg. All you need to do is drill a hole and cut off the top.
Bronze Kettle Valve Kit. This is the entry model converted-Sanke keg fitting. The bulkhead fitting is similar to the "Cooler Kit" bulkhead, except perfectly sized to fit a Sanke keg.
Bronze Kettle Valve Kit with barb. Exactly the same as the "Weldless Basic", except it has a 1/2 inch barb attached to the ball valve.
Stainless Kettle Valve Kit. This fitting is all stainless steel internally (the brass locknut doesn't contact the wort).
Stainless Kettle Valve Kit with barb. Exactly like the "Stainless Kettle Valve Kit" with the addition of a 1/2 inch stainless barb.
Weldless Kettle Bulkhead. This is just the bulkhead fitting for the Sanke kegs, in case you already have the ball valve.
Kettle Bulkhead O-Ring Set. A replacement set of silicone o-rings for the Weld-B-Gone bulkhead fitting.
Weldless Thermometer Adapter. Super-easy way to mount a 1/2" MPT thermometer in your kettle.
Kettle Thermometer Fitting. An adapter for installing a 1/8" stem thermometer into your converted Sanke keg. This fitting can be used on any kettle up to 1/4" thick.
Kettle Sight Glass and Thermometer Fiting. Use this fitting to add a sight glass to a hot water tank or mash tun. It also includes compression fittings for installing a 1/8" stem thermometer, and a stainless plug for use without a thermometer.
Stainless mesh tube replaces a false bottom in a mash tun or boil kettle for lautering wort or filtering whole hops. Overall length is 12.5 inches; 1/2" male pipe threads accommodate our weldless kettle or cooler kits, as well as the FPT port inside our Polarware brew kettles.
A straight adapter.
This adapter positions the Bazooka-T perfectly in the center of the Sanke keg for minimal foundation space.
Slightly curved to position the Bazooka-T perfectly in the center of a 10 gallon Rubbermaid cooler.
Just in case you don't want to go hunting for these handy, insulated food-grade coolers, we have them at a great price. You will need the 10 gallon cooler if you want to use the "Bazooka T".
Build your own conical fermenter out of stainless hoppers which are available from Toledo Metal Spinning. These "Konical Kitz" from Zymico are specifically designed for the 12.2 gallon hopper, but will also work on any other 60° cone.
Konical Kitz Bottom Dump Valve Kit. This is a bulkhead fitting and valve designed to mount on the bottom of a Toledo Metal Spinning hopper.
Konical Kitz Spin-Rack Rotating Racking Arm Kit. This is a weldless rotating racking arm assembly, designed to mount on the sloped part of a Toledo Metal Spinning hopper. The first and only racking arm with Teflon protection on the inside of the hopper.
Konical Kitz Bulkhead. This is the Konical Kitz bottom dump valve, without the ball valve.
Konical Stanz-it. This stand is designed to support the 12.2 gallon hopper from Toledo Metal Spinning, allowing you to build your own stainless conical fermenter. You buy the cone, lid, and weldless fittings and the Konical Stanz-it provides the rest.
The Stanz-it includes leg extensions and a lid seal. The Stanz-it is not painted.
