Wine Tannin
The product was delivered quickly. The product was clearly labelled and easy to use. I have not tasted the wine I have made because it is still ageing. I have never been let down by a product from northern brewer so I assume it is going to work just fine.

I used green grapes to make my 1st gal of wine. When I strained the fruit from the wine using cheese cloth it is cloudy. I then strained it through a coffee filter, it only removed some of the cloudy mater. It has a pleasant taste but I would not share it with anyone. I was advised to allow it to sit undisturbed for about a day ( it has been sitting for a week and it is still cloudy). I am new to this hobby, is there anything I can add to clear it up? I have several gallons of other fruit ready to be strained and put in bottles but I am afraid to disturb them for fear that they will also be cloudy. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
