An all natural, 230 ml Flavor Reserve (featuring Viognier) is added after fermentation to add body, elevate the aromatics and create a just off-dry finish. The light salmon color comes from the brief skin contact. The nose has complex layers of honeysuckle, strawberry, apricot, and tropical fruit. On the palate, the wine is smooth and round with notable strawberry flavor and a suggestion of tropical fruit. Don't confuse this as just another take on White Zinfandel! The wine shows well after a couple months of aging and is best consumed within a year. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or with light foods. Try it with chicken, salads, desserts, and Asian dishes.
