Longer taper for snugger fit and better seal — a lip prevents bung from falling into carboy. Unlike gum rubber stoppers, carboy bungs will seal easily when they are still wet. Fits standard 3, 5, 6 and 6.5 gallon glass carboys. Use for bulk aging after fermenation is complete to minimize oxygen exposure and eliminate the risk of airlocks running dry.
