The Vac-u-Vin uses a special rubber stopper and handpump to create a vacuum in the headspace of an open bottle of wine. By removing oxygen from the headspace, the oxidative reactions that deteriorate color, aroma, and flavor are slowed. Includes pump and one stopper; extra stoppers are also sold separately. Highly recommended!
