Use it again and again
I brewed a faux pre-prohibition pilsner that my friends absolutely loved. The taste was so clean and crisp that no one tasted anything that resembled an ale. I was tempted to enter it in a local competition as a CAP but I think an experienced judge would pick up on the jurors esters present in the nose, and dock me some major points. I washed the yeast and am now using it to brew an amber ale and a cream ale. This is a very versatile yeast! Love it

WLP080
I tried several other cream ale yeasts and none gives my beer the taste and flavor that this yeast does.

Does what it says
I've used this for my annual summer Cream Ale for two years now. First year won the People's Choice at a competition where Cream Ale was the headliner. Nice balance between top fermenting aromatic esters and yet finishes clean and lager-like. Lager yeast gets a little sulfury in mid 60's, but will clean up if you give it time and keep it cooler. Nicely accentuates the corn flavor in an adjunct Cream Ale. Will keep using this one as long as the make it.
