Order processing / shipping way too slow
Two weeks to get an order of hops for regular $7.99 shipping. Sorry guys but I wont pay more than the value of the hops itself to get it any faster. It isnt worth it. I just cant believe it took a week to process the order and another week to ship/receive the product. I was hoping to get it in time to enter a brew into a competition. I will look elsewhere for this product from now on.....

Sorry for the delay! What is your order number? I could send some store credit to make up for the delay.

I tried a coopers Australian bitter kit was wondering if this would boost the bitterness of finished brew. How and when would I as the hop pellets? How much for a 23liter 6 gal brew up?

BEST ANSWER: 2.5 to 3 oz at the beginning of the hop boil. Lauter onto half the hops then add the rest once the wort comes to a boil.
Looking to do Australian Bitter with LME when and how bo I ad this hop pellets?
A shopper on Jan 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Depends on the bitterness level you want. I never had an Australian Bitter so Im not sure....use BrewersFriend or BeerSmith to determine the IBU level and when to add the hop additions. Experiment! Thats the fun of making beer!
