Tasty, but too expensive
So first off, this beer is quite good. Don't get me wrong. I like it.

Process: Brewed OG 1.056, pitched Danstar Belle, and after 2 days was allowed to free rise. Two weeks later transferred and added the purée, FG was 1.005 at kegging two weeks after that.

The beer is quite sweet and juicy, despite the dry-seeming 1.005 FG, the typical spicy notes have been completely drowned-out. While still quite fruity, the yeast attenuated most of the specifically orange flavor. Adding zest of a few oranges to secondary would give more Orange flavor and knock $20 off the price tag.

Conclusion, this is a really good recipe, that could be great at a lower price.
