20 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel Kettle

The 20 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel MegaPot is the brew kettle for any brewer who wants big batches. Boil up to 17 gallons of wort with ease. Stock up your kegerator by filling a few kegs from every batch or split a batch with a couple of co-brewers. It can also serve as a Mash Tun using the optional false bottom, allowing you to brew 10 gallon All-Grain batches of any beer style. Going even bigger? This kettle can serve as the Hot Liquor Tank when paired with two 30 Gal. MegaPot kettles serving as Mash Tun and Boil Kettle.

MegaPot is a masterpiece, not just another steel pot. Every detail has been thought through to enhance the beer making experience. Crafted of sturdy 304 stainless steel not only makes these kettles durable, but also resistant to oxidation and corrosion. This version includes the option of having just the easy transfer ball valve only or both the ball valve and precision brewing thermometer. Stay cool silicone handles on the kettle and lid serve to limit scorching! The handles are riveted in place to aid in lifting a hot liquid-filled pot. No weld failures here! A polished, flared lip stainless steel band surrounds the upper rim, reinforcing rigidity of the pot while adding a little bling.

And that's not all. We've added the feature that every brewer wants in a kettle - graduated volume markers inside the kettle - one at each gallon. No more need for a sight glass! The heart of the kettle is a 4mm thick tri-clad bottom – made specifically for even heat distribution. The 1 to 2 proportion of MegaPot kettles has been scientifically designed to promote a vigorous boil and reduce off-flavors.

20 Gallon MegaPot Brew Kettle

the only kettle I need

I bought the 20ga because I want to start doing 10ga and eventually 15ga batches. I used it for the first time for a 5ga BIAB batch because I already had the kit for it and it worked better than my old small kettle. Quality is great and I like the optional valve configurations. I used the dip spout and didn’t lose any wort at all! I did not buy the false bottom option.

20 gallon megapot 1.2 brew kettle

Perfect, just finished a 10 gallon batch of blood orange IPA. Once you go this size you'll never go back

Good pot and fittings. Holes came drilled perfectly

Great pot and fittings. Works well with the false bottom with almost no lost space for water and grains. A bit on the expensive side and I likely wouldn’t have sprung for this if they weren’t running a 15% off on equipment sale.

20 Gallon MegaPot

The 20 Gal. MegaPot is perfect size for my still. I use my 10 Gal. MegaPot to cook my grains allowing me to drain and sparge in the 10 Gal and transfer mash into my 20 Gal where I pitch my yeast with no solids allowing for a larger volume to convert.
