Used 10# added 1.5# of Rahr 2-Row Malt that I roasted at 300 for 25 minutes.You can literally drink the wort. Deliciousness!

BEST ANSWER: It is a base grain so to get the full potential, it should be mashed.

BEST ANSWER: This has been replaced with the Briess Bonlander Munich, same lovibond rating.
