All in one, space friendly.
Great all in one kit. corny seems a little thin and spot welds are not super pretty. Performed as advertised. Picked it up for a great price. Got the cannon ball keg system with mini regulator and a 1 gallon beer kit for under $190.

Works great! Fits in the top shelf of the fridge. Just make sure your not leaking anywhere (top gasket) or you’ll go through C02 quick.

Convenient for taking some homebrews out to a party and fits nicely in the fridge
Very happy with the purchase so far. Just used it with a batch. It fit nicely in my refrigerator and fit in a cooler to take to a party and share some homebrew. I later purchased a picnic tap to replace use instead of the one that came with the system. I didn't like the dripping from the tap after a pour from the original tap and the picnic tap is more convenient for on the go with a cooler. I purchased a 2nd cannonball keg after using and may get a third in the future.

Love my cannon ball keg! Fits in the fridge great can fill it up and have some home brew while the rest is conditioning. Only wish the co2 cartridges were a little cheaper

love it
I love this unit! I bought a second cannonball keg with a standard regulator and carbonate with that. If I have a second beer on tap I move the mini regulator to the first (already carbonated) keg, as a result my first cartridge lasted 3-4 months with almost daily use.

beats bottling
I love the keg, but had some initial trouble with a part. I also am struggling with regulating but not sure if its me or the regulator... work in progress

Keg fine... regulator and spout, not so much
The keg itself is pretty solid. But the regulator... I don't know if there is something wrong with mine but I cannot get it to dial correctly, sometimes at all... then other times I will check the gauge and it is WAY up in pressure. It's been a real nightmare. The spout is not spring loaded, so if you accidentally bump it (putting in a cooler or back in the fridge or even on the counter), then there is a non-stop stream of beer goodness tragically being wasted all over. In fact, I put mine back in the fridge once and must have bumped it without noticing it. Result? Beer marinated veggie drawer. Great concept, I wish it worked better in practice, or maybe mine is just broke.

Easier than bottling!
So easy to use and saves tones of time! The only small issue is that the CO2 cartridges are hard to get punctured. have to tighten then loosen a few times before it punctures. Buy a few extra if you plan on carbonating with them, as it took 1 to carbonate and 1 for pouring. I found that when carbonated (2-3 days) at 12 psi, turn down to 5-7 to pour. then you don't get too much foam.

Nice for small batches.
I like the mini keg, but I've had some issues with the mini regulator gauge. Chaulk that up to Murphy following me like a lost puppy. Support is great. I would definitely recommend this set up and buy it again. Cheers.

Can you use the nitrogen dispenser with this unit?
A shopper on Dec 5, 2016
Am I remembering correctly that this used to come with a 16g charger? Is 74g enough to carbonate or only dispense?
A D on Sep 20, 2016
BEST ANSWER: We have found that one 74 g cartridge carbonates and dispense about 1 batch, maybe a little over depending on how fruggle you are with the CO2. If you add sugar and let the yeast carbonate the beer, the cartridge will dispense about 2-3 batches. Cheers!
If there is beer remaining in the keg after use, how long will it remain good quality if you keep it refrigerated?
J I on Sep 16, 2016
BEST ANSWER: 3-6 months for most beers.
With this system do you ferment as you normally would and then after a couple weeks move the beer to this device where it is carbonated and ready to drink rather than bottling with sugar tabs and conditioning in the bottles? Is that correct? Thanks!
A shopper on May 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes, that is the way I use it. However, I carbonate with a standard 5lb CO2 canister and ball lock. I suppose you could probably carbonate with the CO2 cartridges but I imagine that would take much longer. There is also the option to keg condition as you would with bottling, but you would need to be very aware of the amount of head space left in the keg. Could result in flat beer and off flavors due to oxygen in the dead space. Hope this helps!
Does the kit include ball locks for the tap and reg?
A shopper on Mar 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes! It includes both!
Is this keg dishwasher safe? If not, what would be the best product to clean it?
A shopper on Dec 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Probably but I would recommend not to put it in the dishwasher. The handles could get damaged or bent and the set up inside could also get pushed or dented. This is a fine piece of equipment and you don't want to submit it to extreme pressures and water temp of a dish washer. Just use regular brewery cleaners.
Will this dispense a lot of foam being that there is no actual beer line? Also would this work with the PicoBrew as an alternative to the serving keg?
A shopper on Dec 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: No Foam to speak of. I love this unit. The regulator is really nice, the tap spout is great, the keg is lovely -took me awhile to realize how far I could break every thing down for cleaning. I don't know the PicoBrew.
Can I make use this with Nitrogen to make nitro cold brew coffee?
A shopper on Jun 15, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You can do nitrogen with the keg but you need a nitrogen regulator. Cheers!
"10.75 inches" is the height to the top of the keg handles, but it looks like the tap handle extends above that. Does anyone know the total height including the tap handle?
A shopper on Mar 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Mine totals 15" with the tap handle on. If you unscrew the tap handle cap it sits 13" tall. You could switch to a hose attachment and keep it below the 11" handles.
Looking for something super portable...3 part Question....... #1 - How long does it take to force carbonate with the 74g Canister? #2 can you use a 5# CO2 canister & regular to carbonate, or would you need an adapter? #3 When I bring it home can I hook it up to our Kegerator to dispense left overs (unlikely to have, but you never know!) More likely would use from Kegerator dispense test batches. Thank you!
A shopper on Jan 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: 1. I’m my experience the 74g canister carbonated in the same amount of time but left little CO2 for dispensing. I’d suggest only using it for dispensing. The keg comes with ball valves for input and output, there you can use a 5# tank to carb/dispense and it should be compatible with a kegorstor assuming it used ball valves.
Can you use other size co2 cartridges with this set up?
A shopper on Jul 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The CO2 regulator is designed to work with the 74 g cartridges. The threading would have to be the same in order to work.
Is the tap handle included?
A shopper on Jan 22, 2017
What it the total height to the top of the tap handle?
Brian S on Sep 13, 2016
BEST ANSWER: 10.75 inches is the height to the top of the handles and is the minimum clearance it need even when disconnects for gas and liquid and hooked up
Is there an adapter that can be used to connect the mini CO2 reg to a paintball CO2 tank?
