can i use it as a preservaive? what else i should add to prolonge time of keeping of beer? how long is it possible to keep a beer if i use Citric acid?

BEST ANSWER: Citric acid is used in wine making and not typically in beer. It will directly affect the flavor of you beer. Your best bet to extend the shelf life of beer is cool storage conditions. Keeping beer cold will make it last longer.
