Dry Irish Stout All Grain Beer Recipe Kit
Jet-black in the tradition of Ireland most popular and well-known beers, this stout has a pronounced roasty, coffee-like flavor and aroma, imparted by a generous helping of roasted barley.
Arguably Ireland most famous export, dry stout has a loyal following all over the world. Our kit has a pronounced roasty, coffee-like flavor and aroma, imparted by a generous helping of roasted barley.
Hop bitterness enhances the dryness, and the medium body makes for a very drinkable dark beer. This is one of the most popular styles among home brewers; after a few pints, you'll understand why.

Guinness-like and easy to brew — good price, too! My new go-to! Will try with Safale-05 next time, though.
This brew turned out exactly as I expected. It was dark and delicious!
I have made this recipe 3 times now, with the last time having added a pound of honey. This is a good drinking beer, I will continue to make the recipe.
Good mellow stout. Enjoy.
This was my first all-grain homebrew. I’ve done lots of extracts in the past. Everything was complete in the kit. I made a starter yeast culture but that was probably not necessary. Phenomenal fermentation, did not rack to a secondary; bottled in champagne bottles. This is a great Stout!
