Corn sugar (dextrose) for priming bottle-conditioned beer or boosting gravity. A common addition to help dry out the finish in highly hopped beers like Imperial IPAs.
Roughly 3.4 ounces of Corn Sugar per gallon will boost ABV by 1%.
It’s white and sugary. Doesn’t appear to be cut with flour or anything. The yeast seems to like it. A+

If you use a lot of corn sugar this is the way to go. I break it down into smaller bags and use it as needed.

More than just sugar
Northern Brewer's corn sugar is the best on the market, but not for the reason you might think. They start with C6H12O6, but then they crank it to 11! Their dextrose is full of monosaccharide-y goodness. My yeast ask for it by name. Don't hesitate to buy this by the metric ton.
