Product details

Corn sugar (dextrose) for priming bottle-conditioned beer or boosting gravity. From 1 lb bags to 4 lb bags to 50 lb sacks of corn sugar, choose the amount you need. Click here for 5 oz packages of priming sugar.

Corn sugar is used to make a priming solution at bottling to produce co2 in the bottle. Yeast consumes the sugar converting it into CO2 giving us the carbonation we love in beer.

In addition to being used for priming bottled conditioned beer, priming sugar can also be used to help dry out the finish if desired.

Roughly 3.4 ounces of Corn Sugar per gallon will boost ABV by 1%.

Stores are gone

I am very disappointed that they and Midwest Brewing closed up their physical stores. The products are difficult enough to figure out. The grain room was very convenient for customers that don't own a grain mill. The instant advice was great. I hope they relocate to a cheaper tax community ... suggest Blaine, Moundsview, Lexington

Little more complicated to use then the fizzy drops. But goes further.

Corn Sugar is sweet

Corn Sugar is sweet,
it's something yeast likes to eat,
if you feed it well,
then you can tell,
it's gonna give you a treat.
CHEERS.
