1.6-2.4° L. An excellent plain American 2-row malt grown in and around Montana and used by many US pro brewers. Good for single infusion mashes; works well with adjuncts.

Normally I use Rahr or Crisp 2-row, but I decided to give this one a shot. Turns out, it was one of the best 2-row malts that I've used. Very good efficiency and the flavor is wonderful. Ran very well in my Mash and Boil (w/ pump).
A pretty solid 2-Row Pale Malt, used to make a NE IPA. Malt came crushed as requested and in a resealable package.
Product comes crushed just as requested in easy to use packaging that can be reused if you don’t use the whole batch. Very pleased.
