It only takes one temperature swing to wreak havoc on your fermenting beer. Make sure your next brew is a success with the Bru Success® Temperature Control Kit.

We've assembled everything you need to keep your yeast comfy to produce the best beer possible. At the heart of this kit is the Northern Brewer Dual-Stage Temp Controller and the Fermotemp® Electric Fermentation Heater. Together, they will keep your fermentation at the exact temperature you set, even in the darkest of winter. The upgraded dual stage controller enables you to  move everything to your fermentation fridge to beat the summer heat or make the perfect lager.

To make things even easier, we've included a Siphonless Big Mouth Bubbler® 6.5 gallon fermenter, Universal Lid, and thermowell stopper. Now you can measure the actual temperature of your beer throughout fermentation. Then when done, simply open the valve to transfer to secondary or into a keg.

This kit worked well for us. The actual heat wrap itself could have had a better way of fastening to the Carboy. The kit recommends using tape. Since the big mouth bubblers all come with a carboy harness we just tucked it inside the harness and used one “additional” cinch strap to make sure the wrap was in good contact with the carboy. So other than that little tweak, it was great!We were warm fermenting a batch at 83° and it had no trouble maintaining that temp throughout the two week primary.
