Imperial Yeast A20 Citrus
Citrus organic yeast cranks out orange and lemon aromas along with tropical fruit. Use this strain at high temps for increased ester production. A wild saccharomyces strain, it will get a bit funky without the concerns of a brettanomyces strain.

Open the pouch, it smells like citrus.... I used it in my hazy IPA and it was amazing. Very vigorous fermentation. It compliments the complex hop profile when dry hopping a big hazy IPA.
I have brewed the Fruit Bazooka recipe with this yeast once with extract and once with all grain. I have never made a starter, but next time I plan to. The all grain was much better than the extract and I ended up with a ABV of 7.58%. The hardest part of using this yeast is keeping the temperature within the required parameters which are quite warm. It is a great product and worked very well.
Yeast activated promptly and did what it was advertised to - gave itself up for alcohol. It was used in the Fruit Bazooka kit. We bottled too early and had to relieve pressure to avoid bottle blow up. Let it condition adequately before bottling.
