W 34-70 yeast

This was only my second batch of beer. I pitched the yeast as directed, but I saved 2 oz of the solution and cultured it in the refrigerator for a week. I added this solution to the wort at day 7 of the fermentation. The result was a near chamgne like carbonation. Very good!

Used in my family's Oktoberfest

In place of my usual go to yeast for my Oktoberfest I tried this 34/70 yeast.
Overall the flavor profile remained the same except just a hint of dryness in the final product. Not enough to change my flavor profile. The malt still was prominent as it should be. Yeast finished clear without filtration and beers poured clear after a good two-week chill ay 34 d F. I'll next try it with my Doppelbock.
