Flavor profile worked great with the all citra hopped IPA.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it because it wasn’t refrigerated on a timely basis and died. I have to order a new yeast and I’ll probably have to settle for a dry yeast since i don’t want to take the chance of this dying in warm weather during shipping.
I've been making beer for 5yrs, and about a third of my batches aren't satisfactory. I'd been meaning to try this Kama Citra kit. It's the best beer I ever made. I will buy it again. I'd had good luck with Norther Brewer before, but this was off the charts. Thanks y'all.
Never been disappointed with smack pack yeast performance. Flavor was as advertised.
