I used the Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale Yeast. Liquid yeast, in particular this one, makes such a difference.
I'm new to brewing and think it worked just fine not much of a review I know. It's just I dont have any idea how to review it since it was only my second time brewing.
The yeast worked ok. It did not really activate as well as dry yeast with warm water and sugar does so I was a little disappointed. The beer has turned out ok but it did not ferment to quite the level I wanted only about 3.5 % and should be around 4.5. Could be the cold pak wore out before I received it.
I've been brewing for 20 years. My wife likes nut brown beers and said this was her favorite of my batches yet. I enjoyed it and have ordered a second batch.
Wyeast 1332 was so impressive and reliable I’m am currently going to reorder as soon as I finish this review. This yeast is exceptional and responsive what else do you need !! 🍻
