Storm the Bastille Imperial Farmhouse Ale Extract Beer Recipe Kit
A rebellion against the traditional farmhouse ale, Storm the Bastille is an imperial brew for the ages. French Aramis hops make their debut with a siege of spicy, fresh-cut herbals, bolstering a heavier hop profile than the standard saison beer kit.
Each sip reveals riotous layers of citrus and yeasty, earthy funk. Storm the Bastille makes its mark as one of our highest-ABV kits in history, unexpected for such a crisp, refreshing pint.
Due to the high starting gravity of this kit, we recommend pitching multiple packs of yeast or preparing a yeast starter for best results.

This taste great just like a Belgian golden ale but watch out this one is high powered
One of my favorite kits. It ages we’ll.
It’s really good , I didn’t do the dry hopping and in the end but came out really nice anyway. Noice and sweet definitely can feel the Gravity on it. Only need maybe two to three pints and your good to go!
I was surprised the original gravity 1.090.
Now at the start of the 2ndary: the gravity is 1.010
the 2ndary will go for 4 weeks before bottling. and Conditioning.
At this point, the taste test was nicely hoppy with some sweetness still tasted. I hope with 4 weeks more, the sweetness will be much less..
I just had the opportunity to drink this wonderful beer. It it absolutely great. I would say people who like farmhouse ales should definitely like this recipe.
