Yeast energizer is a blend of diammonium phosphate, yeast hulls, magnesium sulphate, and vitamin B complex. Used to stimulate or restart a fermentation.
Add 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of wine must to stimulate or restart a fermentation. Then aerate and apply heat if necessary.
This is like a B12 shot for your yeast
I used this with ld Carlson yeast nutrient with additions of 1 tsp (energizer) 2 tsp nutrient on days 0, 2 and 4. Worked great to let the yeast ferment a simple sugar recipe down to .992 sg in two weeks. Highly recommend this pair for seltzer. If you plan to make it a few times might as well get a pound of each, much cheaper!
