Mosaic IPA Recipe Extract Beer Recipe Kit
Mosaic is the icon of single-hop complexity. Its kaleidoscope of tantalizing citrus, pine, tropical fruit, and berry notes decorate each golden-copper hued glass, alluding to an IPA recipe kit with many more varieties of hops. Capped in a thick, ivory froth, a meticulous arrangement of malts lends subtle caramel sweetness to a modest, bready backbone. Mosaic hops burst up from the depths in a prismatic eruption; each wave of evergreen grapefruit overwhelmed by sweeping pineapple-mango herbals. This spectral motif quiets into abstract bitterness for a smooth, refreshing, hop-forward finish.

This was just my 4th homebrew, and Wow! I was convinced it would be too hoppy or bitter, but in my opinion, it came out great. The final carbonation level is excellent. The taste is just amazing. If this was served at my local pub, I would return to it every time.
This was also my first time doing a secondary fermentation and I think that also really helped to keep the taste clean and crisp. Overall fermentation was just 2 weeks with another week to two before drinking. I'll be sad to see this leave my fridge but also excited to try the other kits I bought from Northern Brewer.
This is the best & flavorful kit I've made. Its a crowd pleaser, too.
This Mossic IPA is my favorite IPA. I always have it in my kegorator. I do brew a couple other beers that I bottle, but this is the beer that I always have on tap.
Really good IPA, very happy with how it turned out.
I find this beer very tasty, a deeper taste, almost boozy. Have a second keg of it pouring now and will keep this one on tap as a top favorite.
