Storm the Bastille Imperial Farmhouse Ale Extract Beer Recipe Kit
A rebellion against the traditional farmhouse ale, Storm the Bastille is an imperial brew for the ages. French Aramis hops make their debut with a siege of spicy, fresh-cut herbals, bolstering a heavier hop profile than the standard saison beer kit.
Each sip reveals riotous layers of citrus and yeasty, earthy funk. Storm the Bastille makes its mark as one of our highest-ABV kits in history, unexpected for such a crisp, refreshing pint.
Due to the high starting gravity of this kit, we recommend pitching multiple packs of yeast or preparing a yeast starter for best results.

This beer is really exciting to be making, the flavor even after primary fermentation is amazing- looking forward to bottling in a couple weeks!
I am still in the fermentation process and will be kegging 9/13. However, I did taste it yesterday and it tastes just like an un-carbonated Belgian ale. The Alcohol content is an impressive 11%. The brew process was really fun with a lot of detailed steps. Due to the high alcohol content it was recommended to make a yeast starter which added another interesting step to the fun. This was my second brew and it went really well however I would not recommend this for a first time brewer. Also, this is not a quick batch to make. All said and done this kit takes 7-9 weeks (7 for my brew).
Fermentation in process, will give review when tasted. As always I think it will be great. My son has brewed this beer before and it turned out great.
This taste great just like a Belgian golden ale but watch out this one is high powered
One of my favorite kits. It ages we’ll.
