Product details

Crystallized Lime powder allows you to enjoy the taste of fresh-squeezed limes in whatever you brew or ferment without the hassle of fruit or purees. Made from real lime juice and oils, this lime replacement can be used to enhance the flavor of Beer, Hard Seltzer, Wine, Cider, Kombucha, or to kick up the flavor of your Tuesday night Gin and Tonic.

Same great crystallized lime powder that is used in our Lime Hard Seltzer Recipe Kit.

Great for adding a lime twist to our Atlántico Mexican Lager or This Beer's For You American Lager kits.

Usage:
Recommended to be added at bottling or kegging to taste, 18 grams should be more than enough for most 5 gallon batches.
Add the crystallized citrus packet to 1 cup of water until dissolved. Heat to boiling briefly then add to bottling bucket or keg. Add a little at a time and taste until you are happy with the flavor level.

Great crystallized powder. Very strong!!!

This is exactly what is advertised. I used around 14 grams before bottling a 4 gallon batch made of 50%pale and 50% wheat to try to make it a lemony beer, and I overdid it. Try starting little by little and taste the beer unitl you achieve the desired taste.
