Cherry Natural Extract
Cherry fruit extract in a 4 oz vial - add at bottling or packaging. Use 1 to 4 oz per 5 gallons for beer, or to taste for wine.
Made from natural extract flavorings.
I used it in stout and just wasn't totally satisfied. It will probably work better with a lighter malt extract.
I used 2 bottles (8 oz) for a batch. Placed it in the bottling bucket with the priming sugar. The result is very light flavoring. If I did not know I put it in, it would be hard to discern what the added complexity came from. I used in a stout, so I will try it again in a lighter beer to check difference.
