Showed up on time and works exactly like it's supposed to. Used it for home brewed seltzer. 1 Tbs dissolved in 1/2 cup of 160+ deg water each day, for five days after brewing.
My last couple of batches I have paid close attention to the yeast through aeration and yeast nutrient added late in the boil. Since doing this I have had the best fermentations I have ever had.
The yeast nutrient really got my fermentation going quickly. It started within 6 hours and finished in 5 days. Amazing.
What can I say? It’s yeast, it worked, yipee
I always use some nutrient with every batch of Mead, Melomel, or Methaglin I brew. Helps the yeast reach those high end F.G. And with a clean complete ferment.
