Simcoe® Hop Pellets
Simcoe® Hops have a typical alpha of 12-14%. This dual purpose hop has funky pine character, making it synonymous with American IPA.
A high-alpha hop used for both bittering and aroma in American ales. Smooth, clean bitterness, low cohumulone, pine-and-citrus aroma and flavor.

The best for bitterness with awesome aroma (o melhor para dar amargor com um aroma espetacular).
I used this for a 30 minute bittering in a Pliny style IPA recipe. Yummmmm.... Brewdog333
Simcoe is simply an awesome hop. Having brewed 30+ batches and more than half of those being IPA or DIPA, west coast or New England, I will say my greatest mistake early on was not using more of this hop. All of my best brews have included simcoe and it is especially great as a dry hop. My beers have most closely resembled store bought craft when I used 5+ ounces of this hop post boil. Oh... and equanot is NOT a good dry hop.... especially when used with mosaic in a neipa. It came out WEIRD!
Can't go wrong with this hop. One of the best. I used it with some Aazaca hops to make a hazy pale ale.
Great as always!
