Simcoe® Hops Pellets
Simcoe® Hops have a typical alpha of 12-14%. This dual purpose hop has funky pine character, making it synonymous with American IPA.
A high-alpha hop used for both bittering and aroma in American ales. Smooth, clean bitterness, low cohumulone, pine-and-citrus aroma and flavor.

I ordered 1 x Simcoe® Hops Pellets to give the final dry hop for my Home Brew in time for the Start of Summer. Northern Brewer delivered right on time.
I've made several ales with a combination of Simcoe and Cascade hops - Simcoe for the bittering and a combination of Simcoe and Cascade for the late addition. Each has been very good - one with Vienna malt, one with Munich malt, one with Maris Otter malt.
It is a bag that has hops inside of it. You can use the hops by carefully snipping off one corner of the bag with some scissors. Then tip the bag until it is at a 45 degree angle. Let each hop pellet slide out of the bag and drop into your boiling wort. Then -- while still holding onto the bag -- retract your arm and step away from the wort. Find a trash receptacle and place the bag inside of it. Rinse and repeat.
I haven't had any problems hops, Simcoe is one of my favorites.
The products that we ordered were excellent. We just bottled our IPA and will see the results in about a month.
