Brewed a 5 gallon batch of all grain Pre-Prohibition Lager. Easy to do and tastes great.

This is one of the most popular brews I've made. . . I purchased it based on recommendations, and it didn't disappoint. Everyone asks if I made another one yet.
First all grain recipe brew I've done. Followed directions mostly, cooled wort and added l13 global liquid yeast, 2 packets. Fermented for about a week between 72 to 70 degrees(warm lagering method). Transferred to keg and added gelatin, then moved to keezer and served after about 72 hours at 42 degrees. Beer turned out satisfyingly clear after about the 3rd glass and tasted better than anything I've had on tap at a restaurant, though I may be biased. Will definitely be ordering again.
This is great summer beer
Awesome beer second time I brewed it. Always tastes unique and good. It’s like a cross between a typical lager and a golden ale
