Muntons DME Amber
Amber colored English dry malt extract, ferments dry with a malty flavor. Good for Scottish ales, ESB, milds, and brown ales.
Many recipes require a starter and I use this for most. Give it a try and see how it works. I use it for a starting malt at the boil and boil hops then add the liquid malt later in the boil.

I use this for a wide variety of brews and have always been satisfied. From Belgian Tripels, pumpkin ales, and ESB, this has always brought great tasting brews!
I use 3 lbs of amber and 3 lbs of light DME as part of a great pumpkin ale recipe. Its the best brew I've made to date.
