French Rosé Wine Kit - RJS Cru International
Not so with rosé! It must be made with 100% red grapes, lightly macerated and quickly pressed. It's this treatment that gives robust and dry French rosé ripe, juicy flavors of strawberry, raspberry and citrus, with aromas of melon and strawberry leading to a crisp finish with a tiny touch of spiciness.
Serve lightly chilled with Southern-style barbecue, shellfish (especially bouillabaisse or cioppino) or soft cheeses and fruit.

Will bottle this week. It's darker than other Rose. But it's a good wine.
I have just bottled this, and it is already a favorite. Dry, aromatic, beautiful pink color, so yummy. I have already ordered another kit.
The 2nd kit is in the process , the 1st kit was the best rose' wine we had ever had.
I can't speak to the end product, but the kit is easy and simple to start. It is currently fermenting in my basement
Simple kit no oak to add. Smells Devine. Took Me all of 20 minutes to get it started. I am looking forward to tasting this. French style rose usually means red grapes were used as bases for batch, not white wine colored with a red. Time will tell but I expect great results as most of my kits proved.
I'm still in the clearing process right now, but it is darker than all rose' wine I have every seen. It does taste good, but I would of liked it to be lighter.
