Cream Ale 2 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit
An ale version of the light, fizzy American lager style, cream ale is a specialty of the eastern US. Our Cream Ale is medium-bodied and smooth, gold in color and low in bitterness. The specialty grain blend adds some complexity with a clean, sweet malt profile and a hint of buttered toast in the aroma and flavor. A homebrewed lawnmower beer that's pretty hard to beat as a summertime thirst-quencher.
The perfect small batch size for the 3 Gallon FastFerment.

good beer need to brew a bigger batch. i goes quick!!
This is by far one of the best. If you have not tried this, you definitely need too.
Good nose , good flavor, very smooth
A good beer, and meets the description. The 2 gallon batch is nice for a try-before- you-buy the regular batch. I used the safale05 in the summer time. Once the work was at 70 F, I pitched the yeast in my cellar, temp was 62 F on the floor. After primary was finished, did a diacetyl rest at upstairs temp of 78 F for three days. Then put in a corny keg, cellar temp for a week. The keg was carbonated in a fridge, and tapped 4 weeks after brew. Taste is clean, lightly hopped and has good head retention. A good recipe for summer time. Will do again- enjoy!
