Good instructions and straight forward steps to make 1 gallon or 4-5 bottles of wine. After several rackings you will not get 5 bottles as you loose some wine each time. I’ll let you know how it tastes in 3 years. Cheers!
Easy to make. Simple instructions. Great taste. What more can I say. Yes you only get four bottles and almost a fifth.
This is the 2nd time I got this particular kit. I’ve gotten a couple of varieties of MV small batch kits. They make decent, good drinking wine. And easy, like baking a cake. Also, I see where they have finally fixed the packet letters referencing the potassium metabisulphite and potassium sorbate packets in the degassing and stabilizing steps
Turned out to an excellent Pinot. Far exceeded my expectations. Wish you had more options for small batch white wines.
Procedure, components all seem fine. I bottle in 2weeks but interim tastes are very good.Although the marketing info says everything is included it would sure have been nice to include 5 corks!
