Light amber in color and is very sweet and robust. This wildflower is produced by placing hives in prairies and grasslands where bees have access to a wide variety of wild plants. The honey is naturally blended by the bees as they visit many different nectar sources. Unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.
was the right balance of taste and flavor for my IPA
I wanted to wait until the mead had finished before sending out this review. This is, by far, my best batch of Mead to date (4 years). It was a batch of Sweat Mead with 9.7 pounds for 3 gallons. The color was a beautiful clear gold. The larger container was crystalized and required the normal preparation
Exceptionally fast service and great quality honey delivered on time. I had to brew quickly to prevent my daughter from eating it.
This is wonderful Honey! Really like the smooth taste. A nice change from the Clover honey. I used some of it to make Mead and the rest to make my homemade Elderberry cough syrup. The Mead isnt ready yet. The cough syrup has sure been a hit already. Would definitely buy again.
Made great meade. Was much darker than I was expecting.
