Produces a slight hint of diacetyl, balanced by a light fruitiness and slight dry crispness. Great for Irish ales, stouts, porters, browns, reds and a very interesting pale ale.

Great for Irish Reds and Stouts. Just give it the time it deserves to do its work.
Order met expectations.
Used it for a Porter and came our really good. Probably 4th time I've used this yeast now and no disappointments yet. Used on Irish ale twice, apple ale and now Porter.
Made an imperial stout with Irish Ale yeast. Worked just fine.
This yeast was absolutely amazing! I know the review states 69-74% but I got a whopping 85.19% calculated. Started at 1.054 and got down to 1.008 fermentation only took 4 days to complete. This was water profiled with RO water to start and built from there. DO NOT underestimate the power of proper mash ph, mash time, and proper salt additions. This will be my official stout yeast go to.
