Crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, infused with the aromatic fruits of the Caribbean Islands, coconut, lime, mango, in a light-but-luscious wine that pairs well with grilled fish but it rich enough to enjoy with nothing but a sunny day and feet dipped into a pool.
Caveat - I have not bottled this yet. This review is more on the scientific side. I wish I knew what exactly is in these bags of juice. The directions say that the target original gravity should be 1.056 or higher. That means that the highest ABV would only be 7% and that’s if it ferments dry. It calls for clarification between 1.01 and 1.02. That would make it sweet and only 4 or 5%. I did not know that I was buying a wine cooler. However, a wine cooler will be nice for the summer.

Ok for a sweet wine
It turned out ok but tasted more like a water then wine, followed directions and it is a sweet wine.
