#20 Fruit Press
The #20 Fruit Press is a manual press that has a 2.5-gallon capacity. The pressing action allows greater pressure to be applied to the grapes for fruit for an easier, more efficient press, saving you time, energy and purple feet.
This press is an ideal size for 1-6 gallon batches of wines from grapes or other fruit. When finished, just wash it off with a hose.
This unit appears to be very well built and powder coated. We ran roughly 13 gallons of fermented grapes through it this year. We used a staining bag inside of it to further strain the must. All in all it took about 2 hours to strain the grapes and clean everything up. In years past I have always used a Squeezo with grape spiral. This press was just so much easier to use, I would highly recommend it for smaller operations. Wish that I would have had this years ago.
