Wonderful Dark Fruit Notes
This sugar will add very complex, wonderful, dark fruit notes to your dark Belgian and French beers. Highly recommended to get authentic Abbey and Christmas beers.

If you're going to make either a dubbel/quad/Belgian Dark Strong you're going to want to use this sugar. It's essential to getting the flavor profile that the great commercial versions have.

does this need to be refrigerated?

BEST ANSWER: I recommend it for extended keep, however it doesn't need refrigeration short-term. It should be kept from high temperatures, like my garage gets in the summer in Las Vegas.
