Great for "Single Hop" IPA
Save yourself some time, money, and overthinking when crafting your next West Coast IPA recipe. Buy an 8oz bag of these bad boys and use it all up in a 5 gallon batch. Excellent blend of that citrusy, fruity, and danky goodness that hopheads crave.

Would these work well for a Peach IPA? Need something to compliment the peachy notes but give a good hop notes.

BEST ANSWER: I wouldnt... some of the cascadian hops (centennial, cascade) give off some nice fruity aromas, but others in the blend (chinook, colombus) give off very resin heavy and earthy notes. Look to dry hopping with more mellow hops that focus on "juicy" and "citrus" (amarillo, citra, mosaic) if you want a strong fruity flavor, OR, aim for something that specifically gives off a stone-fruit flavor (such as medusa, or some of the experimental strains). Also consider fermenting with a somewhat ester-heavy strain of yeast, such as wyeast 1318 or omega's "tropical ipa" strain.
