My favorite for Belgian ales.
I use this for saisons and dubbels. It results in a perfect straw-colors saison and a well-attenuated, fruity dubbed.

Great Grain
I used this grain in a Saison type brew and it turned out great. Awesome conversion, which yielded a higher than expected or calculated S.G. (1.065) I'm finding it hard to trust anything but NB grain despite the numerous brew shops that are in the Sacramento area. Well worth the wait for delivery.

My go-to base for saisons
Ive used this as a base malt for several saisonsIve now and I love the flavor! I used 2 row on my first saison and I'm so glad I made this discovery! Great stuff!!

Provides that rich, pilsner taste
I've used this malt as my primary base for all of my Belgian blondes and Saisons. I've been quite happy with the utilization, even with single step mashes, and it always delivers a great color and what I consider that characteristic Pilsner taste - a distinct bread flavor that isn't sweet.
