Fresh grain, tight mill
Seemed freshly milled and packed. I like the mill on it better than what I get at the LHBS. The sparge was slower than I'm used to but I got better efficiency and was able to pull off enough sweet wort to do a small beer in addition to the big beer I was brewing, so that's a nice bonus.

Delicious hints of roast
I made an all Vienna Malt golden ale with this and Kolsch yeast, and it has a beautiful low toasted bready maltiness with residual sweetness. It's a beautiful malt. I want to try using it in a hoppy pale ale, using this as the base malt. It would go wonderfully with fruity hops.

More flavorful Mcbrew
Aye laddie I put a couple pounds of this in me Irish red ale. After several pints I shot a leprechaun and puked in the clover bed looking for a four leafer and also me car keys.Brewdog333

Absolutely fresh
Sometimes I cant get what I want when I want from my HBS and thats exactly why I love Northern Brewer. Fast dependable, fresh, and always on time.

Great people there, finally got to the brick and mortar rather than online. Actually closer than I thought to where I usually am in the cities.

Made a great SMaSH
I was intrigued by this malt for some reason and on a whim did a little research on how it might be used. Ended up making a very Simple all-grain SMaSH with 3oz of Centennial at 60/15/0 and ended up with a really great beer. Bready quality balanced nicely with the hops. Will use again.
