Friends and family stated that this was the best homebrew that I have made to date! LOTS of hop additions made this a delicious beer to drink, and observe change over time. MUST BREW

Simply delicious
Unfortunately, I am no beer judge, but I know a good beer when I have one, and this beer is the best homebrew we have done to date. With a white and fluffy as powdered snow head, the hazy golden beer is a sight of beauty that is only eclipsed by the flavor. with over a pound of hops make no mistake, this is a hoppy beer, but not as bitter as you might expect with that many hops. to the contrary, this is a perfectly balanced beer for any hop head. To emphasize how good this beer is, this recipe is on deck to be brewed again in a couple weeks and this is the first repeat brew. If you like fruity hoppy and refreshing beer, you wont be disappointing, but be careful, the ABV will put a little extra rosey to your cheeks in no time.

Can this (and any other) 5 gallon kit be purchased to brew for 1 gallon batches only? If yes, are where can I find the directions to do so.

BEST ANSWER: Thanks for contacting Northern Brewer. We thank you for your interest in the Heal the Bay IPA Brewery Edition kit in a one gallon size. At this time the only size we have is 5 gallon, but if it is a very popular beer, we tend to make them in a small batch. Cheers!
Can I purchase this kit (or any other 5 gallon brewing kit) , but only use it for brewing a 1 gallon batch at a time? I purchased the small batch starter kit, and would like to try other beer recipe kits, other than the 6 recipes offered.
