A Beautiful Thing.
I haven't used the Master Vintner™ Invinity Wine on Tap yet since my batch of Cabernet/Shiraz still has a couple weeks left to clear. However, I am really impressed with the product as I received it. It will look great on my counter & so handy to use. I plan to use about 5 bags for my own use and bottle the balance of the 6 gallons for family & friends. I have only praise to offer for this container. Highly recommended.

Boxed Wine Convenience
Be advised this is more of a preview and I'll follow up once I verify the 6 week freshness claim.
The stainless steel housing and top is sturdy and easy to clean. The unit has a square footprint. 7 wine bags with integrated spigots are included.
Easy to fill and use.
I purchased this for use in the tasting room of our small (500 case) winery. We make 17 different wines, including 6 Reds. We're hoping several of these will allow us to offer fresh samples of our wine everyday.

Are the bags reusable?
Jose L on Feb 17, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The bags are designed for one time use. After filling, you have to push the tap into the spout to seal, and this locks the tap in place. It would not be possible to remove the tap for refilling without damage to bag
Can you fill the bags straight from the carboy and skip bottling with the bags?
A shopper on Oct 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: We fill enough bags (5-6) to empty one carboy at a time. The wine stays fresh in the bags for weeks. You could also rack into smaller carboy (eg. 3g) and just fill a couple bags if you do not drink that fast. Fortunately, we have a large family and lots of wine drinking friends. We liked this system so much we bought a second one. Now we have on in the fridge with white wine and one on the counter for red wine. We highly recommend it.
I see that someone asked about skipping the bottling process and going straight to bags, but would that be wise since most reds need to age in the bottle for 3+ months? or is it the case of well you can drink it now but it'll taste SO much better later on?
Julie T on Nov 26, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Well, I'm an amateur at best & have always used bottles but wanted to try this. I'm just going to bag a batch this week for the first time. But I don't see a problem in aging whether in a bottle or a bag. I plan to fill about 5 bags & the rest of the 6 gal. in bottles for gifts, etc. Then keep the full bags in a lidded cooler I have for 3 or more months. They would be in the dark, if that's necessary. Time will tell. Good luck, Ron
WHIT IS THE DIMENSIONS OF THE WINE ON TAP?
Mark S on Apr 7, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Metal Bix is 5 3/16" x 5 3/16" x 10"
Do you guys think this would also work for champagnes? I'm just curious if the bubbles would blow the cork system out of the bag, or if the bag would expand and eventually go splat?
