What is your favorite brewing topic to talk to customers about?  Sours and why dandelion wine is a bad idea.

What was your biggest brewing blunder? I sucked several quarts of sanitizer into a conical of awesome beer because I forgot to remove the blowoff tube before dumping the yeast.

What movie have you watched the most times?  Tied between Pulp Fiction and Clerks.

What was your proudest moment in your fermentation history?  Having the three year wait for my Geuze be worth it..

Why do you brew?  I love to cook, and cooking is like brewing, but with a lot more cleaning and waiting in between.

When did you start brewing?  2007

What is your brewing system?  My brewing system is a vague concept in my garage. I do most of my brewing on the cadillac 3 vessel RIMS at NB STP.

If you could share a beer with anyone throughout history, of even fictional, who would it be?  John Stewart, but Homer Simpson is a close second.

Where do you spend your non-brewing time? Galavanting around town finding cool places to play with my son, or exploring foodie and craft beer spots with my awesome wife.

Who are your three favorite musicians/bands?  Too many to list but GFE, Breakestra and Phish is a good start.
